Summary: Encouraged by their success in destroying the Cybertron base, the Destrons immediately start putting into effect their plan to wipe humanity off the face of the Earth. Almost at the same time, Black Zarak arrives on Earth, having managed to trap Grand Maximus in an electromagnetic field in space. The combined might of Overlord and Black Zarak lays waste to numerous cities in short order, as the humans are unable to stop them. Meanwhile, God Ginrai is stuck out in space, delayed by having to rescue Grand Maximus, while on earth, his friends, being able to offer much resistance, can only wonder if he will return in time. He does, flying in on Grand Maximus' base mode and takes out Overlord, while Grand Maximus takes on Black Zarak, driving them away.
