Any figure can be done right at a retail price. I really would've liked to have seen what a Studio Series 86 Grimlock retool would've looked like.
I wonder if that's why the OG SS86 hasn't gotten a reissue.

Probably pretty dire. Not sure how they would get the wings into the price point, let alone weapons, and his partners would have to be separate Core figures.I wonder if that's why the OG SS86 hasn't gotten a reissue.
That probably has more to do with the mold being held up by the G2 and Shattered Glass releases.

Not without major compromises. Just look at the Combiner Wars release of Liokaiser, for instance. People are still clamoring for a better, more legit Liokaiser even after Hasbro already gave us that version.chuckdawg1999 wrote:I think it could've been done if Hasbro wanted to do it.

Its kind of like Basic Instinct, but not in a good way...
Goddammit, now I can't unsee it.

Not all 27K are for North America though, that's how many orders were made world wide. Id say probably about HALF of those are for North America, and of those, there will be multiple distribution points. 13-14K units for all US, Canada, and Mexico wont be going out from El Chino California...at least I'd hope not.
