Haven't had it in awhile myself. I've been curious to make it with corn flakes, I've always had it made with ritz crackers
Well I think Wheelie is pretty much the only mini car that should/could be done at core effectively given modern standards. But then again, I did get that upgrade kit for it though so I think that alone disproves what I just said. So I was more than willing to pay more to get those few extra features to tidy it up better. Meaning a deluxe would've made more sense and given some extra articulation on top of similar features to what the upgrade kit provided.Till-all-R1 wrote:Emerje wrote:Rodimus Prime wrote:That Brawn is supposed to be deluxe, right? Looks very core-sized.
"Small Deluxe" like most of the other Mini Cars, his parts count and transformation steps far exceeds any Core.

Conversely, I wonder what people's reception to a DLX Wheelie would be? Given that these "minbots" are still very "core" in size but can pack a wallop in articulation and to some degree sculpt quality. And while I like Core Wheelie for what it is and the price point, I can't help but think how much better a DLX version could be in terms of articulation and sculpt. Not saying I definitely want it to happen or that it should, just putting it out there being that we've got other core sized Bots being release as DLX figures.
And to be clear I don't feel every Core Bot should be considered for DLX, Frenzy and Rumble for instance, or any other tape figure.

Ben: "Everybody's really liking Gamer Edition and, so we're excited to bring more of that to everybody. Especially if, like, we have Reactivate coming in the future, you can definitely expect to see some characters from that appear at some point. We wanted to get the Gameverse, Gamer Edition, going as soon as we could."
Soft confirmation that Reactivate figures are coming, and that Studio Series Gamer Edition was created to give Hasbro a place to put them.

And here's the kicker! Both it and the Kingdom KD-EX Burning Optimus Primal are only available to those in Japan who preorder movie tickets to ROTB in a certain way during a certain order period.-Kanrabat- wrote:SS-38 Beetimus turned into a Nemesis officially by Takara?

Rtron wrote:Lovely custom job, it's crazy the amount of detail in those sculpts that goes unnoticed because they aren't painted.

Appart the arms sticking a bit out in vehicle mode, Bee commit an unforgivable sin. His blade store under, but his gun store on the rear bumper of the car. WHY? There's plenty of real estate under the car that the gun could store into. Under the legs. over his face. Just add some tabs and it would have been possible. A shame.
Regardless, he's a solid figure.

When I see weapon storage botched like this it makes me wonder how much of an afterthought the weapons were. Not that they weren't going to include weapons at all, just that they changed their plans at some late stage.
