Some more news has come out of United Kingdom ToyFair. This time it is information about a new Star Wars Transformers.
Action-figure.com has reported that there will be a Star Wars Transformers Darth Vader who transforms into the Death Star. Here is what they reported:
"The item in question is a new Star Wars Transformer. It's Darth vader, and the one I saw stood 10 - 12" tall (at a guess). Whilst I don't collect the Star Wars Transformers line, I instantly recognised that it wasn't the one that transforms into Darth Vader's TIE Fighter.
Instead this one transforms into the Death Star. I didn't see it transformed, so have no idea how good or bad it looks, but I expact we'll see it at the US ToyFair next month."

First and foremost, we here at
Seibertron.com would like to ask all
Transformers Club members to respect the club's wishes and not copy any of the information from the club forum's.
Now with that in mind, here is the good stuff:
The '07 Botcon box set will be a five figure set based on Classic figure molds. No other information regarding these figures has been released yet.
The Club exclusive free figure for '07 is Breakaway, and he is a repaint of the other Superion limb.
That's all that we are going to share with you guys, unfortunately. To read the rest of what you can expect in the upcoming Club Magazine, go to

Pete@Botcon recently announced a winner of the guess the next club figure's name, but he also posted a little tidbit here that some of you may find interesting:
Pete@Botcon : |
Victorysabre,
No, Skyfall, Landquake and Breakaway are not even a part of the Timeline's series. Unlike Universe, Timelines is purely a forum in which stories can be told from the different TF continuities. Timelines so far has 3 installments:
Descent into Evil - Gen 1 story
Dawn of Future's Past - BW story
The Dark Heart of Sandokan - Cybertron story (debuts very soon)
As more stories are told it will be even more clear the concept behind Timelines. However, we put out our own on-going regular fiction as well. The first 2 years of the club comic took place in the Dreamwave Post-Energon continuity and this years story takes place in the Post Marvel issue 80 continuity now known as "Classics." While they are an on-going story, connected by the club characters, each is its own series as well. |
So with that in mind, let the speculation commense and we'll keep you updated with the most up-to-date information we can find regarding Botcon '07.
