The galleries of Seibertron have turned its attention to the darker side of Optimus Prime.
First up is the
Lawson Exclusive Voyager Class Darkside Optimus Prime. It uses the Battle Blades Optimus Prime mold and was exclusive to the Japanese convenience store chain Lawson.
Next up for your viewing pleasure is the
EZ Collection Darkside Optimus Prime. It is cast in a smoke-clear plastic with black and teal highlights. It was exclusive to the Japanese Toys "R" Us stores with the purchase of 3000 yen worth of Dark of the Moon product.

Some new and better images of D.I. Studio's Hearts of Steel Starscream and have been posted by
TEKMEN to his weibo page. Even more interesting, they also have a prototype for a Hearts of Steel Insectitrain on display. It appears this new third-party company plans to give MasterMind Creations a run for their money. Images mirrored below.

We have some new prototype images of the third-party SD Optimus Prime that was
announced in early December. The images mirrored below were taken at a recent trade show and posted to the
TEKMEN weibo page. Despite his extreme proportions the figure does appear to transform (looks like there is considerable "parts-forming"), has multiple hands, and comes with a trailer.
