JAGEX REVEAL EXCLUSIVE TRANSFORMERS UNIVERSE INFORMATION AT GAMESCON 2011
COLOGNE, GERMANY, August 18, 2011- Jagex Games Studio, one of the largest independent games developers and publishers in the world, and makers of the upcoming TRANSFORMERS UNIVERSE browser based MMO for the Western World markets, today released some exclusive details of the title at the Gamescon event in Cologne.
The Jagex team are on hand at the convention to speak to gamers and TRANSFORMERS fans alike about the new MMO slated for release in 2012 and, for the first time to a European audience, the customisation that will be available to players of the new MMO in 2012 will be demonstrated on the fully interactive booth. The booth allows visitors to choose their allegiance to either the AUTOBOT or DECEPTICON factions and customise their choice. Gamescon visitors will then receive a print out of the unique TRANSFORMERS character they have created. When the game launches next year, players will be able to choose from various classes of robots, adding a further variant to the character creation element; already highly anticipated by fans and gamers alike.
While the customisation presented at the convention will offer fans a taste of what is to come within the game, Jagex today exclusively revealed details of one of the much anticipated classes; The Brawler Class.
“Players who like to engage as the tank in co-op team play will be drawn to this Brawler Class. The strength and resilience of this class makes it the perfect choice for those who like to get up close in a battle environment, for those who like a good brawl.” Stated Kris Jones, TRANSFORMERS UNIVERSE senior producer.

Bulkhead's already got a Prime design. I assume that the bot in question, like the one below him, is an example of the kind of character you can make in-game.
But yeah, I WOULD TOTALLY BUY THAT TOY. BUY IT ALL UP NOM NOM NOM

Not enough green to be Brawn. Reminds me more of a cross between a Bulkhead body and G1 Huffer

Screw Michael Bay and his abominations. THESE ARE Transformers, glitch!
Also, I kind of don't care about the video game. I just want the toys, please.

The second figure is a a game-rep of Breakdown, a la Prime, so it's possible there's a rgame-rep of Bulkhead. That being said, the colors are wrong. Truthfully, he reminds me of Heavy Load, ao it's possible he's been brought forward from RiD, but not likely, since RiD is nowadays (sadly) fairly obscure. The photo title (right click>>Properties) lists him as brawler Bot, and Breakdown as Brawler Con, otherwise I'd say he might be a Prime version of Payload (Movie Long Haul head retool character) but I believe the factions are wrong for that.

Yes, because they are clearly not just movie TFs with Animated's style.

Actually, it's stated in this video as a sort of off-hand comment that "the blue guy"- the second image here as a cardboard stand-up- is a custom character. They may have made it as completely custom, but I'm thinking it's probably more of a base figure for its specific class- the model that appears on-screen before you make all your own changes. That would be why it's called a Brawler Con. Plus, if the game is using Transformers: Prime designs, it couldn't be Breakdown. They do have a similar design, but that's probably just because they have similar vehicle modes.
