It's funny how Jazz is in Tracks' packaging in his single image, yet Tracks has 4, 2 of which are in the correct packaging and the 2 others are in Jazz's packaging.
Anyways, a nice group of figures, I'll probably end up getting most if not all of them. Odd how Mindset is missing from this group of pics.

Yeah, what's up with that. The packcages show a pic of Jazz, and Jazz inside but say Turbo Tracks, and then there's there's package with a picture of Tracks, and Tracks inside but says Spec Ops Jazz.

This. Looks. AWESOME. I love the new yellow and blue packaging, which seems to use less of the crazy circuitboard design on the package, and it looks a little simpler and cleaner with the shield behind the figure.
I'm definitely going to get Fallback, Jazz, and Lugnut.

Please stop using Decepticon repaints to make Strafe. It doesnt work. Ill pass on the legends. They belong inside of Happy Meal boxes. Im getting all the others hopefully.

The bottom inner bubble inserts with the name printed on them are swapped in some of the pictures for some odd reason.

So did some one have fun with photoshop or was hasbro sleeping when they released these? Anyway they all look good, going to pick up all but the repaints. Megatron is the best out of them all.

Is it just me or does the roof look darker blue on Turbo Tracks than the rest of him, of course it could be the lighting. I think that all of the "new" figures look great, even the repaints are interesting. My only complaint is how come the always do a strafe and never any of the other Technobots. Computron was one of my favs as a kid, I thought he looked bad ass. The legends however aren't bad, but they dont hold a candle to the WST Gen 1 figures that Takara produced. Compare WST Megatron to Legends Megatron, for instance.

Especially when the plane upon which the alt mode is based doesn't even have any guns (and is thus incapable of "strafing"). Ahem.

It's probably made of the same translucent plastic as the windshield and painted blue.

It's a good thing we've already seen galleries of Lugnut, because the official images make him look wholly unimpressive.

I will be picking up all the deluxes and voyagers pictured except for Strafe and Fallback, since I don't need doubles of those molds with no new elements.
The Legends class G1 figures I might consider. I purchased a small number of movie legends class so that the characters would be in approximate scale with the Devastator toy, which worked out well. These G1 characters in legend scale would be great displayed around Fortress Maximus. Heck, they would actually fit in the launch ramps and bays; it would be perfect!

woah- I just noticed that each strafe's wings have a huge chunk of the autobot insignia painted on them. so much for "robots in disguise"

Every time I see Strafe I'm thinking Blaster because of the Universe-Classics 2.0 mold. With the Universe mold I was always wishing it was a better looking alt mode of a stealth fighter (thats what it looks like to me but I guess it's also a cybertronian plane). I thought it needed some more body panels for a cleaner look to better hide some of the bot parts. When Mindwape came out and then Strafe, I was really pleased with the stealth fighter looking alt mode.

I agree. I thought he looked rather impressive before, but the official pics don't do a lot for him. I was going to pass on him anyway though.

Yeah, but it's still nice to see more than just the G1 characters getting attention in the re-imagination department. I'd love to see the same thing happen to more G2, RID, and even Armada characters.
Decent bunch overall. My main focus will be Jazz and Tracks. The repaints are fine, but they don't impress me enough to pick up another version of the molds. I'm not much into legends figures, but maybe I'll change my stance for Prime and Megatron.

I'm definitely going to get Jazz. I'm also thinking about getting legends Megatron, but I'm not quite sold yet.

I'm pretty excited about him myself. But yeah, these pics make him look pretty bad.

Definitely. I'd personally love to see some RID characters get reinterpreted. I guess since a bunch of them are based on G1 there's not a lot that could be done, but there are a few.
