Terror Alert: HIGH (Orange)

After the Presidential Address earlier this evening at 8PM Eastern, the US Government raised the national terror alert to HIGH (level 4, color ORANGE) as reported by ABC News. Though the FBI hasn´t had any new intelligence leading them to believe a specific terror threat, the President´s speech tonight and his ultimatum against Saddam Hussein and his sons, could serve as motivation for some terrorist groups around the world to strike American targets.
