Big day for Transformers fans as it is the official launch date for the Transformers Rise of the Beasts marketing campaign and our first official look at the film.
We get to hear Peter Cullen as Optimus prime and Ron Perlman as Optimus Primal who spends quite a bit of time in his gorilla mode with only a brief look at his robot mode at the end. That goes for the other 3 maximals in his movie (Rhinox, Airazor and Cheetor) who are seen more in their alt modes, at least in this trailer. We also get a very good look at Mirage's robot mode and his power which does have a G1 theme to it. We also see Arcee and Bumblebee very well. We get to see the shot of Arcee hanging onto Wheeljack's van alt mode which was previously shown to industry insiders.
The villains are less obvious in this trailer though we do get a good look at Battletrap in both of his modes. You'll let us know what you think!
The big marketing push for Transformers Rise of the Beasts is upon us. It begins December 1st and we already have new posters up in the UK. They are Autobot and Maximal symbols filled with QR codes. The codes bring us to the Paramount youtube page so with these posters out in the wild now it's pretty clear that a video/trailer for the film is meant to be out very soon. The photos were posted by Lebastian on Twitter.
We'll keep you up to date on more info when it comes!

The Seibertron.com Twincast / Podcast is back with the Transformers PulseCon news you need and maybe even the news you don't. Join host ScottyP, Megatronus, Seibertron himself, and Black Bumblebee, in his Twincast debut, as we discuss the latest toys, news, and more.
Episode #309 “Pulse Con 2022” is available directly and in our RSS Feed, and should appear on Apple Podcasts, Stitcher Radio and many other Podcatcher sites within 24 to 48 hours of when you see this news post.
Here's what we discuss in this episode:
PulseCon Day One included the Transformers brand panel, and we start with the core class reveals: Dinobots and Volcanicus are top of mind.
We dwell on deluxes; Stunticon Breakdown elicits baseline enthusiasm, but opinions diverge across the unusually strong remaining bench, including Junkion Scraphook, Armada Hot Shot, and Needlenose.
The voyagers round out a strong menu of toy reveals. Lio Convoy's beast mode reminds some of a certain FMA chimera-based meme, but is still reason to get excited. Tarn simply delights.
Magic: The Gathering is... happening. So is Light Bright. Let's speculate on the Legacy: Evolution poster instead:
Shattered Glass Soundwave is neat, but... kind of expensive at the $62.99 USD price point. That green head band must be going to his head.
We wrap up the show with everyone's favorite segment: Bragging Rights.

The Transformers Hall of Shame, er, Fame fan vote is open and it's... a Google Form? And includes a category for Legacy toys, many of which have not been released yet? Oh, brother.
In more interesting news, Super7 ReAction line boasts an upcoming Unicron toy - their version of the never-produced G1 prototype. Move over Ultimates, there's a new (old) game in town.
You asked and we listened: it's time for another retrospective. We cover the odd transition from mainline Generations and Combiner Wars, starting with GDO and extending to Fall of Cybertron and the TFCC releases. What's notable, what hasn't held up, and what still has a place in our collections?
